Ltd. through its subsidiary Creative Investments Pte Ltd, while Santarli Capital Venture Pte Ltd and Kay Lim Realty Pte Ltd each possess a 30% share.
Amara Holdings Limited has roots tracing back to 1928 when Teo Teck Huat founded a building construction business named Teo Teck Huat Contractors. Known for its diverse projects, including the construction of the former Cathay Building, the company completed the 16-story landmark in 1939, once the tallest structure in Singapore.
Initially established as Teo Teck Huat Enterprise (Private) Limited in 1970, the group expanded into building construction and property development. It underwent name changes to become Teo Teck Huat Investments Pte Ltd and later evolved into Amara Holdings Pte Ltd.
